A colorful night of love and songs Feb. 21 opened with the T Sisters, which returned for the first time since sharing the Crystal Bay Casino Crown Room stage with the Dead Winter Carpenters. The contemporary folk band’s featured instruments are the voices, but guitar, banjo, washboard, upright bass and kazoo added to the 11 song set. The T Sisters opened for, and toured with, ALO, the Animal Liberation Orchestra, on the ninth annual Tour d’ Amour. The T Sisters will play on the final night of the three-day Winter Wondergrass festival, March 22. It returns to the Crown Room April 24 to open for the Jeff Austin Band.
