Tim McGraw, country music’s top gun, will have plenty of celebrities to entertain on Saturday, July 23, during a sunset performance at the Lake Tahoe Summer Concert Series.
The American Century Championship will be decided the following day at Edgewood Tahoe golf course, just across the street from the Outdoor Arena at Harveys.
Fresh off the release of a new single, “American Dreamin,” Brooke Eden will open the 7:30 p.m. show for McGraw.
Tickets cost $89.50 to $179.50 and presales began online Wednesday, March 23, at Ticketmaster.com and APEConcerts.com. The password is “kind.” General ticket sales started Friday, March. 25.
Tim McGraw has sold more than 40 million records worldwide and has dominated the charts with 36 No. 1 singles. He has won three Grammy Awards and 16 Academy of Country Music Awards.
McGraw last appeared at Lake Tahoe in 2013, also during celebrity golf week. He also performed at the Outdoor Arena at Harveys in 2002 and 2010.
Brooke Eden hails from Loxahatchee, Florida, where she started singing in her dad’s country band at age 5, and has been going strong ever since. She currently is working on her first CD.
Another country music superstar, Keith Urban, will perform at the Summer Concert Series on July 27 and July 29.
