Double, double, toil and trouble: Rock and acrobatics on Halloween at Alibi Incline

Like spooky? How about an outdoor Halloween show after dark?

Heavy metal rock ‘n’ roll and Halloween costumes go together like Skittles and dry white wine. It also pairs incredibly with astonishing aerial artistry. Metal Echo headlines its third Halloween show at Alibi Ale Works – Incline Public House at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29. As the music shakes needles from towering pines, In The Air Entertainment’s aerialists will soar.

Alice in Wonderland is the theme for the event dubbed Alice in Alibiland Halloween.  Aptly, Metal Echo’s frontwoman is named Kandy and she will be dressed as the childish, foul-tempered monarch from Lewis Carroll’s famed fiction, the Queen of Hearts.

Alice Cooper is rock’s iconic costumed, theatrical performers. However, Kandy Zander hinted the audience might be more like to hear some  Alice in Chains songs. Smashing Pumpkins could be on the itinerary, too.

The cover is $15 and the show will go until 10 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for outlandish costumes.
