Recording artist Kesha might best be known for her pop bangers and club anthems, however her latest album, 2023’s Gag Order, sees the artist reckoning with heavier and often darker themes following a well publicized protracted legal dispute with her former producer and label owner. The result is a North American tour containing a setlist that the singer admits is much more challenging and emotionally conflicting that any previous outing.
Kesha’s Only Love Tour which hits the Grand Sierra Resort’s Grand Theatre on Saturday, November 25th, brings a mix of celebration and vulnerability, as described by the singer. The Grammy nominee has cited Iggy Pop and Janet Jackson as influences on her music and performance.
Wrapping up the tour, this penultimate performance promises to display a growth and maturity to the singer that no previous recording or tour has had.
