The odds
Remember, this is Nevada. You don’t need to spend all your money on beer and T-shirts.
Mark Mulder – 3-1
Mardy Fish – 3-1
Eric Gagne – 5-1
Steph Curry – 6-1
Jack Wagner – 7-1
Jeremy Reonick – 7-1
Mark Rypien – 9-2
Jerry Rice – 25-1
Charles Barkley – 6,000-1

Who will win?
Tahoe Onstage picks … Eric Gagne

Five players to follow:
Steph Curry
The last time he played here, he held the lead with just 7 holes remaining. He’s listed at a 6-1 to win the tourney behind Mark Mulder and Mardy Fish. But because of his tremendous popularity, the odds likely will become even shorter. Curry, of course, is most famous for being Riley Curry’s father.

Chuck Barkley
Is it all an act? Barkley was a pretty good golfer in the tourney’s early days. Now that the odds are 6,000-to-1, he might get serious again. Or at least grip the club with two hands.

Willie Robertson
Can the “Duck Dynasty” star really shoot a birdie?

Jim Harbaugh
It will be interesting to see how the coach deals with Lake Laimbeer on the 18th hole. After turning the Michigan football program around in just one season, Wolverines’ fans swear he can walk on water.

Kevin Nealon
If you think he’s funny onstage, you should check out his golf game. We are kidding the former Tahoe resident, of course. Nealon’s game isn’t funny at all. It’s actually quite sad.
