Historic June Lake commercial building and music venue T-Bar Social Club looking for a new owner, kicks off summer with a concert

The T-Bar Social Club is packed for a sold out concert.

June 2025

For years, the Eastern Sierra town of June Lake has offered an escape destination for those looking to hit the ski slopes during the winters, the shores of the emerald lakes during the summers, or to enjoy some of the west’s best foliage during the fall. One building has hosted live events as the T-Bar Social Club, as well as fed locals and tourists alike with the two restaurants housed beneath its roof. And that building is now up for sale, offering the opportunity for a turnkey investment in the heart of the Eastern Sierra.

The town of June Lake sits at an elevation of 7,654′, and is positioned 20 minutes north of Mammoth Lakes and a 35 minute drive from the eastern entrance of Yosemite National Park. The outdoor mecca boasts plenty of hiking trails, June Mountain Ski Resort which is a part of the Ikon Pass, and multiple campgrounds and recreation areas.

The T-Bar Social Club opened in 2018 and would go on to host hundreds of events featuring musical performances, speakers, film premiers, burlesque shows and community-based fundraising events. Over the following several years, a full service pizza restaurant called June Pie along with the Balanced Rock Grill & Cantina would fill out the space.

The 7,000 square foot building is currently on the market, having been fully remodeled and brought up to current standards and ADA compliance. In addition to its location at the entrance of The Loop, the location features two outdoor decks, plenty of parking, a class 47 liquor license, 110 feet of highway frontage and is walking distance from lakes, lodging and campgrounds.

With long term tenants in place, the event and restaurant space presents an opportunity for those looking to invest in a lively entertainment and food service venue, while generating a six digit annual cash flow.

To show off the best-in-class music venue, they will be hosting a special open house concert on Sunday, June 8th at 9pm.
