Eggy is hitting the Crown Room stage at the Crystal Bay Casino on February 18th. Supporting the group’s second album, Waiting Game, produced by White Denim’s James Petralli, Eggy brings their clever and exploratory indie rock to Lake Tahoe in the midst of a national tour.
Formed by four high school friends nearly a decade ago, Eggy mixes elements of funk, sparse melodic rock, and a fair amount of soulful emotion to their songs. Their toe tapping catchy sound has caught the attention of festival promoters, with the band tapped to play this year’s BottleRock in Napa Valley, Summerfest in Milwaukee, My Morning Jacket’s One Big Holiday, and Suwannee Amp Jam all over the next few months.
Their February 18th show offers the chance to see the group play on the intimate Crown Room stage.
