Harveys Outdoor Arena was inundated by an afternoon thunderstorm Tuesday, July 21, hours before the band Train was slated to headline a tripleheader with the Fray and Matt Nathanson. Equipped with bundles of towels, nearly 3 dozen stage hands wiped down the bleachers and folding chairs, and, with Tahoe’s arid climate, the seats were dry for the nearly 5,500 who attended the show.
