The third annual Arts For The Schools’ Wooden Boat Challenge fundraiser combines the festival culture of Lake Tahoe’s lively region with a unique new competition event that promotes community involvement. Come to the beach for food, drinks, live music, kids activities and a competition that requires teams to build and race their own wooden boat built by hand – no power tools allowed.
