The Lake Effect will perform at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, in the 7800 Bar & Grill at Kirkwood Mountain Resort. There is no cover charge. The Lake Effect is a jazz trio comprised of longtime Tahoe-area musicians Charlie Schofield (bass), Mick Valentino (guitar) and Jim McCall (drums).
