Sage Francis and The Good Samaritans will perform at 9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec.27, at Whiskey Dick’s Saloon. Guests must be 21 or older. Sage Francis is a hip-hop artist from Providence, Rhode Island. Now 40, he began writing and recording original music at age 8. The Good Samaritans spread the hip-hop message from Placerville and beyond.
