Purification By Fire will headline a night of metal music beginning at 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17, at Whiskey Dick’s Saloon in South Lake Tahoe. Cover charge is $10 for guests 21 and older. Opening bands are Anhedonia, Houseneck and Weight of the Tide. Led by frontman Josh Lease, Purification By Fire hails from the Sierra Nevada with songs based on historic tales and tragedies from the area.
