The Mountain Vibe X Preparty will be held Saturday at the Outbreak Brewing Co. in Placerville. Swoon, Radiokeys and False Rhythms will perform. Tickets are $10. Early-bird tickets for the July 12-14 festival in Wilseyville, California, are $85. The price goes up to $120 on April 16.
