Mountain Vibe Music Festival breaks out its ninth edition this summer and a pre-party will be held starting at 4 p.m. Saturday, April 14, at Outbreak Brewing Co., 640 Main St., Placerville. Performances by Miki Rae & Robbie, 4 p.m., Burnt, 6:30 p.m., Overland, 8 p.m. and Forrest Day, 9:30 p.m. Set times are approximate.
