Morast & McCormick plug into the Crystal Bay Casino’s Red Room on Saturday, Feb. 11. The music starts at 10 p.m. Rob McCormick is a Truckee resident who writes, “I have been playing all kinds of house music from deep to techy since 1999. I used to spin at weekly and monthly venues in North Lake Tahoe but these days I am more likely to be found on backcountry adventures with my friends and family. I still love beats and occasionally play a house party or impromptu set at Burning Man. Most of the recordings posted here are relics from the early 2000’s. They still bring back great memories and remind me of my passion for electronica.”
