Four score and seven years ago, our forefathers played football. On Thursday, you can help cheer on the tradition. Kick off the NFL regular season with a bash at the Lakeside Inn and Casino, Stateline, Nevada. The fun starts at 2 p.m., with barbecue and tacos served up in the beer garden, and lasts until the final seconds of the Panthers-Broncos game tick away. Kickoff is at 5:30 p.m. Music by Lavish Green and the Lost Mountain Band.
