Koi Division, a Joy Division tribute, will perform at 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 4, at Whiskey Dick’s Saloon in South Lake Tahooe. For guests 21 and older. Tahoe Blue Vodka drink specials offered throughout the evening. Grimedog from Reno/Sparks will open the show with its scintillating punk rock. Cover charge is $10.
