Marcus Jamal Hopson, 31, of Panorama City, California, is known for wearing white colored eye contacts in music videos, performances and interviews. Today, he tours more than 100 cities a year when he takes his rap on the road. Better known by his stage name, Hopsin, he is an MC, producer, actor and director. It all started more than a dozen years ago when he purchased an $8 microphone from Wal-Mart and headed to the basement to hone his craft. He’s been telling like it is ever since.
This is the sixth Cargo Concert Hall concert in eight days.
