Halloween Bass Ball 2019 unravels from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, at Cargo Concert Hall. Presented by by Bass Camp Festival, this Halloween party will be thumping. More than $5,000 in cash and prizes will be award to the Top 3 Places for Best Costume, along with prizes for Best Group for four or more people. Participants will get judged when they enter Cargo.
