Futurebirds

Futurebirds play at 10 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 10, in the Red Room at the Crystal Bay Casino.
Hailing from Ahtens, Georgia, the Futurebirds are touring in support of their new album, “Hotel Parties.” Expect some “chonkyfire spliced with rock and roll” and some psychedlic country — “music to make friends with.” Just don’t ask them to sing “Freebird,” as that’s a bird of another feather from another state.
