Emancipator and Desert Dwellers will perform at 9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4, at Cargo Concert Hall in the Whitney Peak Hotel, downtown Reno. Presented by Fresh Bakin,’ the concert is part of the Great Depressurization following Burning Man. Advance tickets are $25, or $30 at the door, which opens at 8 p.m. Guests must be 18 or older. Douglas Appling, better known by his stage name Emancipator, is a producer and DJ based in Portland, Oregon. The Desert Dwellers say they have “gathered and compiled a stunning collection of deep, subsonic grooves calling to the masses.”
