Dingo Weasel, a progressive rock jam band from South Lake Tahoe, will perfom a free 9 p.m. show Saturday at Whiskey Dick’s Saloon. Concertgoers must 21 or older can can partake of Tahoe Blue Vodka drink specials throughout the night. Formed in 2011, the band is Nik Diaz on keyboards, Rigney Miller on bass, Oscar Azevedo on drums and vocals, and Rob Sablotny on guitar and vocals. Dingo Weasel will offer its new studio album, Le Chateau Gato, for sale at $20. SF Weekly described the band’s music as “… an acid trip colored by grooving bass, tight syncopated drum beats that dip into prog, and Diaz’s keyboard wizardy.”
