Devon Allman returns to Commons Beach in Tahoe City for the second year in a row. The free music on SUnday is from 4 to 7 p.m.
Devon Allman is a blues music award-winning singer, guitarist and producer. Son of Gregg Allman, he is the next generation of Allman music — “part blues, part rock, part jam” … touring worldwide since 1999 and seeking to win “one fan at a time, baby.” His influences include the Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Carlos Santana, B.B. King, Curtis Mayfield and Junior Kimbrough. Allman’s passionate performance was a highlight of last year’s Commons series.
