Cliff Porter’s Libra Love R&B Concert will be held at 8 p.m. at The Saint. Full Blast will feature some of Reno’s best singers: Cliff Notes, Nes, Dove, Bigg Judd and Lownewbreed, along with a surprise guest. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Dress code: Grown & Sexy. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Must be 21.
