Andre Nickatina and the Black Rock City All-Stars will host a Four Twenty Celebration at 9 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, at Whiskey Dick’s Saloon. Advance tickets are $20 and are available at the venue and The Spot in South Lake Tahoe and at Recycled Records in Reno. The 21-and-over show is expected to sell out. Nickatina, formerly known as Dre Dog, is a San Francisco rapper who “has a penchant for old-school rhymes and lo-fi beats,” MTV.com says.
