Afroman, the world’s highest rapper, returns to Whiskey Dick’s Saloon at 9 p.m. Friday, March 24. The Palmdale, California, artist will be joined by Luck Factor Zero of Las Vegas and Two Peace from Sacramento. Advance tickets are $18, available at the saloon or at The Spot in Tahoe, or $20 at the door. Guests must be 21 or older. Afroman, aka Joseph Edgar Foreman, penned the hit “Because I Got High” and was nominated for a Grammy in 2002.
