Singer-songwriter Joey Harkum will perform at 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, at Whiskey Dick’s Saloon. The Glove, a Red Hot Chili Peppers cover band from the Reno-Tahoe area, will open. Joey Harkum hails from Baltimore, Maryland. He has performed as the lead singer of the band Pasadena. Harkum has a unique way of connecting with his fans through deep, poignant lyrics that tell stories of happiness, love, loss and sadness. He’s currently embarking on his first solo venture and will be touring the nation performing his own special brand of Americana, folk rock.
