Lavish Green will bring some hometown rock and roll to Gardnerville on Saturday. The band will perform at 8 p.m. Oct. 15 at Wink’s Silver Strike Lanes, 1281 Kimmerling Road, Gardnerville. The band has been rocking the South Lake Tahoe and Douglas County, Nevada, areas for more than 21 years. In August, it closed out the popular Live at Lakeview summer concert series in South Shore. Band members are frontman Chris Sanchez on trumpet, Joel Gruneich on guitar, Rob Wheeler on bass and Danny Barnes on drums. Jimmie & TJ will open with an acoustic set. Cover charge is $7, which includes a free Lavish CD for first 100 fans. Show is 21 and older. Meet the boys “At The Bar.”
