North Beach legend Ron Hacker is the featured artist at Harrah’s Tuesday Night Winter Blues. The Buddy Emmer Blues Band is host. The first of three sets begins at 8 p.m. Hacker recently moved to New Orleans ending his years’ long weekly gig at the Saloon in San Francisco.
