Brothers Michael and Kevin Bacon\, each accomplished in their own right\, play gritty rock that is unapologetically unique and authentic. Their style can best be described by their first album title\, Forosoco\, a word describing the blend of folk\, rock\, soul and country influences. Now\, nearly 20 years later\, The Bacon Brothers continue to impress audiences and critics with their soulful sound and their latest offering of Americana 36 Cents. \nOlder brother Michael\, an acclaimed musician and composer\, and younger brother Kevin\, an award-winning actor\, combine to form The Bacon Brothers. Their childhood hometown of Philadelphia is the brothers’ muse for their eclectic blend of rock and soul. Best known for his acting roles in “The Following\,” “Footloose\,” “Mystic River” and “Apollo 13\,” Kevin has appeared in 80 films and has a Golden Globe win along with several Emmy and Screen Actor’s Guild nominations. He recently starred in “Cop Car” and “Black Mass” and in Fall 2015 will appear on stage in “Rear Window” at Hartford Stage. \nNow\, two decades after the band formed in 1995\, The Bacon Brothers are a musical force to be reckoned with. Don’t let Kevin’s roots in Hollywood fool you. Formed in 2008\, its sound ranges from Afro-beat to 1990s acid jazz to straight-up funk and soul\, playing a mix of originals and covers. \n  \nDrop Theory opens the first Live at Lakeview show of 2016.

When The Smoke Clears (2015) was Hinder’s first album featuring new vocalist Marshal Dutton as the lead singer.The band was inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame in 2007. The band is best known for their early hits “Get Stoned\,” “Lips of an Angel\,” “Better than Me\,” How Long\, “Use Me” and “Without You.”The bands latest release\, a six-song acoustic EP titled “Stripped” will be released May 13\, 2016.

DESCRIPTION:Lavish Green will call the shots on Sunday\, July 3\, during a free concert at Audibles Sports Bar in Stateline\, Nevada. After all\, it’s the band’s 21st birthday bash. Audibles is located on lower Kingsbury Grade at the site formerly housing the Goalpost bar. Co-owners Jesse Yohnka and Ron Baker will host the Lavish affair\, as band members Chris Sanchez (lead vocals and trumpet)\, Joel Gruneich (guitar)\, Rob Wheeler (bass) and Danny Barnes (drums) mark another milestone in rockin’ Lake Tahoe. Tahoe Blue Vodka specials (Blue Mules and Blue Blasters) will be offered throughout the night\, along with some birthday beads and other swag\, with outdoors seating available for dining. VTA (aka Vincent Thomas Amato) will open at 7 p.m. with a 45-minute set of acoustic rock and funk\, followed by Lavish Green from 8 to 10 p.m.
