DESCRIPTION:FNCTN and Tahoe Blue Vodka’s Triple Crown of Bartending competitions continue on Sunday\, July 26th at Steamers Bar & Grill. \n“The 4th Annual Bloody Mary Competition was well attended and lot of fun. Turn 3 took home the judges choice after a tie-breaker round and Cold Water Brewery was awarded the peoples choice\,” Matt Levitt of Tahoe Blue Vodka said. “I am looking forward to seeing what kind of flair the bartenders are bringing this time around.” \nThe Triple Crown of Bartending series continues on Sunday\, July 26th from 12:00 – 4:00 pm with the inaugural Speed & Style competition where a $500 cash purse is up for grabs. This new event will be testing the skills of South Lake Tahoe’s top bartenders while raising money to Keep Tahoe Blue. Judges will determine which bartender provides the best performance based on speed\, style & flair. Meanwhile\, event attendees will vote for their favorite cocktails based on overall taste and presentation. \nIn addition to live outdoor music from Black Star Safari\, guests can taste a variety of\ncustom-made Tahoe Blue Vodka cocktails as some of your favorite bartenders show off their flair with chances to win great prizes from a charity raffle benefitting The League to Save Lake Tahoe. The event is free and open to all ages\, with $10 tastings of 10 samples for attendees 21 and over. \nThe event series concludes with the Cocktail Concoctions Competition with surprise ingredients and live music from Big Sticky Mess on Sunday\, August 23. There is a $500 purse up for grabs for each event.
